Start with the base of pan-fried Little potatoes, then add in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame seeds for this easy spin on fried potatoes.
Equipment
- Frying pan
 - Whisk
 - Small bowl
 
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, quartered
 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
 - 1/3 cup soy sauce
 - 1/3 cup water
 - 3 Tbsp sugar
 - 1 tsp fish sauce
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
 
Instructions

Step 1
Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and fry potatoes for 15 minutes or until crispy and cooked through.

Step 2
While potatoes are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, water, sugar, fish sauce, and garlic until sugar has dissolved.

Step 3
After 10 minutes, add soy mixture to the pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let reduce for five minutes.

Step 4
Remove from heat and stir in sesame seeds.
