Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 °F.

  • Step 2

    With an immersion blender, grind little potatoes and all of the ingredients for the jerk seasoning.

  • Step 3

    In a large bowl, mix the seasoning with the potatoes, the chicken, the peppers and onions.

    Place on a baking sheet and bake 25 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Remove from oven, blend a cooked sweet pepper with the yogurt.

    Season with salt and pepper. Serve the dish with the yogurt sauce.
