Hasselback potatoes are a lot easier to make than they look! All you need is a little help from a wooden spoon. This festive recipe will be an impressive and glorious addition to any appetizer spread.

  • Small saucepan

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large orange juice and zest
  • 1/2 cup stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 Tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425 °F.

  • Step 2

    Place a little potato on the bowl of a wooden spoon. Using the spoon as a guide, slice the potato about 5 mm apart as many times as possible. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

  • Step 3

    In small saucepan, melt butter and orange juice. Pour over potatoes and coat thoroughly.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 10 minutes, then flip. Bake another 10 minutes, and flip once more. Bake another five minutes and then remove from oven.

  • Step 5

    Open up the potatoes and fill with stilton, zest, rosemary and walnuts. Bake another five minutes. Enjoy.
