If starting with uncooked potatoes, place potatoes in a pot and cover with one inch of water. Bring water to a boil and cook for 20 minutes for fork tender potatoes and 25 minutes for fully cooked potatoes.

- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Sweet and Spicy Sauce:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp marmalade
- 2 Tbsp tamari
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

In a bowl, combine potatoes with oil, honey, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
