An easy Air Fryer recipe using pre-boiled potatoes and tossed in a sauce of marmalade, brown sugar, tamari, and hot sauce. This recipe is meant for using up leftover boiled potatoes, or pre-prepped potatoes that you can store in the fridge and easily use in recipes all week long.
If starting with uncooked potatoes, place potatoes in a pot and cover with one inch of water. Bring water to a boil and cook for 20 minutes for fork tender potatoes and 25 minutes for fully cooked potatoes.

Potatoes:
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
 - 2 Tbsp canola oil
 - 2 Tbsp honey
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp cumin
 - 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
 - 1/2 tsp pepper
 
Sweet and Spicy Sauce:
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 3 Tbsp marmalade
 - 2 Tbsp tamari
 - 2 Tbsp hot sauce
 - 2 Tbsp cornstarch
 - 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 
Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine potatoes with oil, honey, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Step 2
Place potatoes in the Air Fryer and set it to 400 °F. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway.

Step 3
While potatoes are cooking, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let cook until thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.

Once potatoes are cooked, toss with sauce or keep sauce on the side for dipping.
