  • 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
  • 12 to 15 grilled hazelnuts
  • 10 sprigs chives
  • 2 Tbsp salted butter
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • (To taste) salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1

    If your hazelnuts are not already roasted, grill them in the oven or in a pan on medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes. The objective is to easily peel them.

  • Step 2

    Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water for 10 minutes or in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water for 10 minutes or in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Chop the hazelnuts with a knife or a mallet (in a resealable bag).

  • Step 5

    Once the potatoes are cooked, remove part of the skin (wait until they have cooled).

  • Step 6

    Flatten the potatoes with a potato masher.

  • Step 7

    Mix all the ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste.
