Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.

  • Step 2

    Remove chicken and slice it on a cutting board before serving with the potatoes, peppers and onions.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with fresh oregano if you wish. Enjoy!
