- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups ham, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups cauliflower, cut in small florets
- 1 cup Gruyère, Swiss or Jalbert cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 °F.

Place the potato tray in the microwave for five minutes, setting the seasoning pack aside. Let potatoes cool to room temperature then cut the potatoes into quarters. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the ham for two minutes. Add the flour and cook for one minute. Gradually add the milk, and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Add the seasoning pack, potatoes, cauliflower and cheese. Stir well and pour into a 9" × 9″ baking pan. Bake 15 minutes and finish cooking by setting to broil for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.
