- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups ham, cooked and diced
- 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice), shredded

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Cook one minute.
