A fun twist on a Canadian classic, this grilled potato poutine is the perfect treat!

- Large mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 4 cups gravy
- 14 oz cheese curds
- (To taste) salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 to 2 Tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Slice the little potatoes in half. Place into a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until well combined.

Preheat grill to 400 °F.

Place potatoes directly onto the grill and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender. You can cook the potatoes with the lid open, but they will take a bit more time (30 minutes or more.)

Place potatoes onto a plate, sprinkle with cheese curds, and smother in hot gravy!
