Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp garlic salt
Instructions

Step 1
Cut little potatoes in half and add to a large bowl.

Add in olive oil, two tablespoons of the parsley, lemon juice, and garlic salt and toss to combine.

Add potatoes to a grill basket and grill over medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes until fork tender (or roast at 400°F for 25 minutes in the oven).

Once cooked, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the remaining parsley and a pinch of garlic salt to garnish. Enjoy!
