Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 to 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 °F.
