Whether you’re having a game day party at your place or hosting a weekend party, this simple appetizer is a delicious finger food to serve up.
Equipment
- Large pot
 - Whisk
 
- 2 medium filet mignon
 - 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
 - 1 package béarnaise sauce
 - (To taste) salt and pepper
 - (For garnish) chives
 
Instructions

Step 1
Salt and pepper steaks well on all sides and let rest to come to room temperature for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Fill a pot of water and add Little potatoes. Bring to boil, reduce heat, then simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Step 3
Meanwhile, whisk together the béarnaise sauce per package instructions.

Step 4
Preheat grill and grill the steak about five minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let rest for five minutes while potatoes cool enough to handle.

Step 5
Slice potatoes in half. Cut steak in slices and lay a slice on each potato half.

Drop a small spoonful of béarnaise sauce on each potato steak stack and garnish with chives if desired.
