These Easy Grilled Taco Potatoes are perfect for camping or as a fun twist on taco salad! Potatoes topped with taco beef, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
Many grocery stores now carry pre-made taco-seasoned ground beef that can be heated in the microwave. It is usually found in the refrigerator section of your grocery store (near the refrigerated side dishes).

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs little potatoes
- 1 lb taco beef, cooked and seasoned
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream for serving
- 1/2 cup salsa for serving
Instructions

Put little potatoes on a grill or oven safe tray
Place little potatoes on a grill or oven-safe tray. Add two tablespoons of oil to the tray. Toss until well coated.

Place little potatoes on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

While potatoes are cooking, you can prepare the taco-seasoned beef (if you haven’t done so already).

Once the potatoes are finished cooking, remove them from heat. Then top with your favorite toppings: lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream and/or salsa.
