  • 24 Little Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp za'atar spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • (For garnish) minced scallions

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with foil.

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl, toss Little Potatoes with olive oil, za’atar, salt and pepper to coat.

  • Step 3

    Spread on baking sheet in a single layer and roast until crispy, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions to serve if you wish.
