These grilled home fries are pure comfort food for the summer months. They can be cooked on an open fire or on the grill!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs little potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup cheese curds, torn apart if large
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp and cut into lardons
- 3 green onions, chopped
Instructions

Step 1
Slice the Little potatoes in half place on a grill safe tray. Season with 1/2 the seasoning pack that is included. Drizzle with two tablespoons olive oil and toss.

Roast on a medium high grill or campfire for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

Keep them in the same easy-to-cook-and-serve tray or transfer to a cast iron pan. Toss with the remaining seasoning.

Top with the cheese curds, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Heat on the grill until cheese is melted.

Top with green onion and serve.
