Little Potatoes are Creamer Potatoes

Our Creamer potatoes are fully grown and fully nutritious before they're harvested, kind of like cherry tomatoes in the tomato family. They are intentionally bred to be small—between the size of a dime and a golf ball—so you get even, quick cooking every time.

We do the hard work before the bag is sealed

Our triple-sorting process at our facilities grades potatoes into four size profiles—eliminating the extreme size mixing you might find in other bags, ensuring the size range is always best for your meals.

How to Pick the Perfect Bag

1. Spot the Imposters

Watch out for anything larger than a golf ball and check to see if all of the potatoes in the bag are roughly the same size. Larger potatoes are often just immature big potatoes with different taste, texture, and nutritional value. Mixed sizes means a disappointing cooking and dinking experience.

2. Count the Potatoes

Oversized potatoes cheat the scale. Bigger individual potatoes mean fewer total number in the bag—and less to go around at the dinner table. You should expect to see 20 to 25 little potatoes in a 1.5 lb bag.

3. Check the Label

Look for a specific size range, not jut a minimum size. A label that only lists a minimum could be a telltale sign the bag is filled with oversized potatoes
