- 4 to 6 quart slow cooker
- 1 lb beef stewing meat
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp equal parts corn starch and water, to thicken

Step 1
Add beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, barbecue sauce and broth to a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker. Stir well.
