Equipment
- Aluminum foil
 - Bowl

- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes, halved
 - 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
 - 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
-

Step 1
Preheat grill to 400 °F or medium-high.
 -

Step 2
Spray a large sheet of tin foil (double it up if you aren’t using heavy duty foil) with non-stick spray.
 -

Step 3
Place potatoes in center of foil and lift the edges slightly (so that the butter doesn’t run out).
 -

Step 4
Stir together melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour over potatoes and stir slightly.
 -

Step 5
Seal foil around potatoes as much as possible. Place on the grill over direct heat and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, until tender, stirring once or twice.
