Microwave Instructions:
1. Place potatoes, bay leaf, garlic clove, and salt in a large microwave-proof bowl or container.
2. Cook at high heat for 10 to 12 minutes in the microwave.
3. Drain, discard garlic and bay leaf. Enjoy
Pressure Cooker Instructions:
1. Place potatoes, bay leaf, garlic clove, and salt in your pressure cooker or Instant Pot. Cover potatoes with two inches of water.
2. Cook at high pressure with the ‘Seal’ valve closed for two minutes with a natural release, or three minutes with a quick release.
3. Drain, discard garlic and bay leaf. Enjoy!

- 1 bay leaf
- 1 garlic clove, skin on, left whole
- 1 tsp salt
- (To fill pot) cold water

Step 1
Place potatoes, bay leaf, garlic clove, and salt in a medium to large sized saucepan. Cover potatoes with two inches of water.

Place saucepan over high heat and heat to a boil. Boil for 12 to 15 minutes or until a knife or fork pieces easy into the potatoes.
