Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1.5 lbs Little Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Honey Crisp apples, diced into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp kosher salt, divided
- 1 1/2 Tbsp pepper, divided

Preheat oven to 400 °F.

Season pork with two tablespoons salt and pepper to create a salt and pepper crust.
