A super quick lunch or dinner recipe, this personal poutine is complete in under 10 minutes! Great for college students who are looking for hearty meals with limited cooking appliances.
Notes:
Microwave cooking times may vary.
Serve in a separate bowl or prepare poutine inside packaging that is provided. If using homemade gravy, prepare your gravy in advance and just reheat when ready to serve. Otherwise, packaged store-bought gravy is finished in no time and can be made while potatoes are microwaving. Recipe can easily be doubled!
