- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- To taste salt and ground pepper
- 1/4 cup cranberry jelly (fresh or store-bought)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 °F .

Form a rectangle of 14" x 10" with the puff pastry. Place the dough on a baking sheet.

Brush with Dijon mustard and top with slices of cheese.

In a bowl, mix the little potatoes, onions, herbs and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
