  • 15 oz puff pastry
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices raclette cheese
  • 2 cups Little Potatoes, sliced in 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 cup yellow onions, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • To taste salt and ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup cranberry jelly (fresh or store-bought)

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400 °F .

  • Step 2

    Form a rectangle of 14" x 10" with the puff pastry. Place the dough on a baking sheet.

  • Step 3

    Brush with Dijon mustard and top with slices of cheese.

  • Step 4

    In a bowl, mix the little potatoes, onions, herbs and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 5

    Spread the mixture over the entire surface of the dough.

  • Step 6

    Bake in center of the oven for 30 minutes.

  • Step 7

    Garnish pie with the cranberry jelly and serve.
