- Sheet pan
 - Aluminum foil
 
- 2 lbs mixed chicken pieces, bone-in and skin-on
 - 24 Little Potatoes, halved
 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
 - 4 tsp Lebanese Spice Blend
 
Lebanese Spice Blend:
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
 - 1 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp ground nutmeg
 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
 - 1/4 tsp ground allspice
 
Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400 °F and line a sheet pan with foil.

Step 2
Spread chicken and potatoes on pan in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with Lebanese spices to coat all sides of the chicken and potatoes.

Step 3
Roast until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°F or higher, about 25 to 30 minutes.
