Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200°C). Toss the potatoes with the canola oil, salt and pepper, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Mix in the hot sauce, horseradish and a splash of Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

When the potatoes are done roasting, add them to the sauce. Cook over medium high heat until the sauce has glazed the potatoes. Serve with ranch dip.
