In a non-stick pan, heat the oil until hot. Add the potatoes cut side down, and cook for five minutes.

Add the sausage, and brown the potatoes and sausage together for five minutes. Mix in the onion and red pepper.

Lower the heat to medium low, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked and the potatoes are fork tender.

Once done, raise the heat to high to crisp everything up. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
