The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and wherever else prohibited by law.
The Little Potato Company takes several factors into consideration when determining eligibility, including each state/territory’s laws, the logistics of fulfilling the promotion, and other prizing considerations. Unfortunately, these factors sometimes make it too difficult or legally problematic to allow participation in some geographic areas.
Eligible entrants can enter one (1) time during the promotion period, regardless of whether the entrant has more than one email address. Any additional entries received from entrants will be void.
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 PM ET on Wednesday March 25, 2026 and ends at 8:00:00 PM ET on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
The prize winners for both Canada and the USA will be selected in random draws at the end of the entry period.
Once our winners are selected, they will be notified via an email from US Sweepstakes. Winners have seven (7) days to respond before new winners are selected and contacted.
U.S. Grand Prizes: There is one (1) U.S. Grand Prize available to be won of one (1) $10,000 USD travel voucher. The ARV of the U.S. Grand Prize: $10,000 USD. Subject to Travel Voucher Conditions section on full rules.
U.S. First Prizes: There are ten (10) U.S. First Prizes available to be won. The U.S. First Prize winners will receive one (1) $1,000 grocery store gift card. Winner will have the option to select the grocery stores based on a list of store options provided by Sponsor at the time of winner notification. The ARV of the U.S. First Prize is: $1,000 USD each.
Canadian Grand Prize: There is one (1) Canadian Grand Prize available to be won of one (1) $10,000 CAD travel voucher. The ARV of the Canadian Grand Prize: $10,000 CAD. Subject to Travel Voucher Conditions section on full rules.
